    YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL DURING HYPNOSIS.

    Your hypnotist cannot control you or make you do anything against your will. Stage hypnosis shows are designed for entertainment and do not reflect what happens in a professional setting. In a therapeutic session, your hypnotist acts as a supportive guide or coach. Hypnosis is a fully consensual process, and your goals and needs are always respected. Any suggestions made during hypnosis are tailored to you and require your participation and agreement.

    You will remain conscious and aware throughout your hypnosis session.

    Our goal is for you to remember the insights and benefits you gain during hypnosis. Unless hypnosis is being used for specific medical procedures, such as surgery, you will stay alert and in control the entire time.

    Hypnosis is not a specific feeling—it’s a unique state of mind. Some people feel light and as if they are floating, others feel grounded and secure, while some may notice only a gentle buzzing or nothing at all. All of these experiences are normal; hypnosis can feel different for everyone.
